Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower

Olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Wash the cauliflower, drain, and remove the thick stem. Chop into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 
  3. Roast for 10 minutes, turn with a spatula, and continue roasting for 10 more minutes, or until the florets are slightly browned and just starting to get soft.
