Ingredients

1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

16-ounce bag frozen spinach

1 tablespoon lemon juice

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
 

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until it begins to brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Add spinach and toss to coat. Cover and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and add lemon juice, salt and crushed red pepper. Toss to coat and serve immediately.

This recipe works very well! Just be careful of how much lemon you put in. I put in a little too much and it overpowered the flavor a bit.
